Why BITE AND ROAM Exists

India's greatest foods are rarely found behind the glass doors of 5-star hotels. They live in century-old havelis in Old Delhi, by the railway platforms of Amritsar, in the early morning khau-gallis of Mumbai, and on the slow charcoal tandoors of Lucknow.

Founded by creator Lakshya Bhatia (known to millions as Indian Chatora Ladka), BITE AND ROAM was born out of an unyielding passion to bridge honest storytelling with tangible food exploration.
