1. Free Shipping Threshold

We provide FREE standard shipping across all Indian pincodes on orders with cart value above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat nominal delivery fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2 to 3 Business Days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Rest of India: 3 to 5 Business Days.
• North East & Remote Locations: 5 to 7 Business Days.

3. Tracking Information

As soon as your package is dispatched, tracking details from BlueDart / Delhivery will be sent via SMS and Email, and updated live in your Account > My Orders dashboard.
